Experienced in Faith based, respectful support, trained in cultures and customs of various religious sects (Orthodox, Christian, Muslim, Jewish, etc. ) Trained with Penny Simpkin for those with a background of trauma, hypersensitivity, anxiety, PTSD, abuse and varying physical abilities. Helping mothers and new parents meet their breastfeeding goals as an IBCLC.
Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:
A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.
- A 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
- Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as three 90 minute appointments and two 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
- Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 37 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
- Virtual webinars + educational emails
