About Emma

Emma Marella is a certified doula with over 8 years of doula experience and more than a decade of supporting families from pregnancy through the preschool years. She is also a certified GentleBirth educator. In recent years, Emma has focused her work on guiding parents through pregnancy, birth, and baby’s first year—offering grounded, compassionate support during one of life’s most transformative seasons.

With extensive experience in infant development, Emma provides thoughtful education and encouragement through all the early milestones, including developmental leaps, sleep regressions, and infant feeding challenges. As both a doula and GentleBirth educator, she blends evidence-based information with mindset training, comfort strategies, and emotional resilience tools to help families feel confident and prepared.

Emma’s warm, steady presence and holistic approach ensure that families feel empowered, informed, and genuinely supported every step of the way. She is honored to walk alongside growing families as they welcome their new baby with clarity, connection, and confidence.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute prenatal appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
An additional 60 minute appointment during pregnancy or postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
