I am a a CAPPA trained and certified postpartum doula with seven years of experience helping Massachusetts families to smoothly transition to parenthood. I decided to train as a postpartum doula after my experience with postpartum depression following my twins’ birth in 2012. In the months following the twins’ arrival, I came to understand and appreciate the value of both mental and physical support and the challenges that lack of such support presents to new mothers. That experience motivated me to get involved with the local doula community and obtain my postpartum doula certification in 2017.

As a postpartum doula, I am a listener, guide, resource, and caregiver. I have worked with multiple families in Eastern and Central Massachusetts and have experience with infertility, IVF and high risk pregnancies, and care of multiples. I am CPR certified and fully vaccinated and boosted.
