Heather is a queer Full Spectrum doula & Childbirth Educator. She has worked with children much of her life and had an 18 year career in education. It was the conception and birth story of her youngest child and reflection on the birth of her twins 13 years ago that led her to this work and specialization in trauma informed care and making sure all clients feel respected and heard in their care.
Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:
A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.
- A one hour prenatal meet & greet appointment (virtually or in person) to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
- 5 hours of additional support during pregnancy and postpartum (virtually or in person or both) to cover the following topics
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
- Hands on Birth Support with on call status from 37 weeks until you have your baby, continuous presence at your labor and birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Unlimited text support with your doula
- Virtual webinars + educational emails
*When booking your first appointment, please book at least 24 hours in advance. Some of our doulas may have same day appointments listed but they would not have enough time to prepare for your appointment without at least a 24 hour notice.
