Valerie Lamour has been working with families for over 15 years. She has cared for children of all ages and has served in a doula role for friends and family. She currently works with first time parents as an educator and is ready to take that passion to the next level. Valerie is very passionate about supporting new parents and caring for families. She has much experience caring for newborns and children of all ages. She is attuned to the needs of parents and is ready to support them in any way she can. Valerie is currently certifying with Birthing Advocacy Doula Training and DONA International.

Valerie believes that these first weeks in parenthood are always the most challenging and parents need support than more than ever during that time. She believes that everyone deserves the right to a positive and fulfilling birthing experience and is eager to support families on this journey. She is also passionate about working with infants and finds much fulfilment and joy in caring for them.

Valerie is an advocate of parents’ right to safe and satisfying birthing experiences, and wants to help parents fully understand and feel good about every step of the journey. She is a committed to giving all of herself to every family she works with and is eager to continue this amazing journey with people in her community.

Valerie lives in Brockton with her family and beagle Lucy.
